 If you're a tourist going to Belfast, you should definitely take a taxi tour of the city. It really helps to get a good perspective of the city, since it is quite large to walk around. There are taxi tours that are offered that are really affordable and the drivers are extremely informative. They'll show you the most interesting murals in the city and the wall that has traditionally separated the Catholics and Protestants.

The Crown Liquor Salon is another attraction you shouldn't miss. A nice place for a pint in a historic pub.
